Henderson Community College recognized many of its employees at the annual kickoff breakfast held at the fine arts center on August 3. Patrick R. Lake, president and CEO, presented the following awards:
Service pins to: • New employee hired after August 4, 2008: Stacey Howell, Doug McMullin, and Paula Blue. • Five Years: Kim Dean and Tracy Sword • Ten Years: Jo Ann Brock, Angie Watson and Eugene Patsalides • Fifteen Years: Lynda Sinnett, Lisa Morris, David Campbell, Joe Razzano and Randa Hawa • Twenty Years: Steve McCarty, Mary Jobe, Paul Kasenow and Mary Lee Johnston • Twenty-five Years: Mary Gail Wilder, David Brauer, Fern Bishop and Kenny Dixon.
The President’s Award was given to : Bill Dixon, Rebecca Emerson, Katie Griffis, Cheryl McKendree, Janet McMullin, Connie Merrill, Margie Rickard and Rebecca Wells.
In addition the following faculty received promotions: Cathi Blackburn, Jill Keller and Pennae Fuchs to Professor and Connie Booker, Katie Griffis, Brian Joy and Carol Murch to Assistant Professor.
