Internal Peformance Standards

• The following standards are similar in format to those included in Henderson Community College’s Strategic Plan; however, they are departmental in scope and are being monitored for internal improvement purposes only.  Library staff members developed this list of standards to measure the progress in the various areas of library service, i.e., circulation, reference, bibliographic instruction, technical, and audio-visual services.  Some standards involve library surveys, while others are a reflection of library usage and services.
