Reference Desk Statistics
During each day of the year, the library staff has recorded statistical information pertaining to questions asked by patrons. The purpose of this data gathering has been to gain a better understanding of the type and frequency of assistance needed by patrons. Ti has also been done to determine peak usage times and slow usage times so that proper staff scheduling can be planned.
